How long does an order take?

Most orders ship in 2–3 business days after design approval. Larger quantities (closer to our 50/order max) may take a few extra days.

What file types do you accept?

PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF up to 8MB. Vector files (SVG, PDF) print sharpest. For logos, transparent PNGs work great.

Is there a minimum or maximum order?

No minimum — order just one. The maximum is 50 sacks per order. Need more? Place another order or email us and we'll figure it out.

Can I order without a design?

Yes—use the customizer to add just text or pick a solid color combo. Or contact us for help with design.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship across the US, Canada, and the UK at launch. Other regions on request—email us.

What if I don't love my proof?

We'll revise it for free. We don't go to production until you give the green light.

What's your return policy?

Custom items are non-returnable, but if there's a defect or print issue we'll replace it free of charge.
